The sunface mask is elaborately painted and surrounded by radiating eagle feathers, each carved with remarkable intricacy. The back of the head is also covered with beautifully carved eagle feathers. The Kachina is clothed in an impressive red striped robe, delicately folded over in the front to reveal the detail of the dress underneath.
